Download the Microsoft Teams Application
To serve members through video and screen-sharing, we utilize the Microsoft Teams Application. Members will need to download the application to properly access video chat.
You can download the free application in just a few clicks. Visit your app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and search Microsoft Teams to download the app today. For step-by-step downloading instructions, review the information below.
Once downloaded, simply enter our Virtual Branch meeting lobby and following the prompts. You can also schedule a Virtual Video Chat for when it’s convenient for you.
For Apple Store (iOS devices):
- Unlock your iPhone or iPad and go to the home screen.
- Tap on the App Store icon, which looks like a blue icon with a white letter A on it.
- Once the App Store opens, tap on the Search tab located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- In the search bar at the top, type Microsoft Teams and search for it.
- Locate the Microsoft Teams app from the search results and tap on it.
- On the app page, you will see the Get button. Tap on it.
- You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID/Face ID for authentication.
- The download will start, and once it's finished, you can find the Microsoft Teams app on your home screen.
For Google Play Store (Android devices):
- Unlock your Android phone or tablet and go to the home screen.
- Tap on the Google Play Store icon, which looks like a colorful triangle.
- Once in the Google Play Store, tap on the search bar at the top of the screen.
- Type Microsoft Teams into the search bar and search for it.
- Look for the Microsoft Teams app in the search results and tap on it.
- On the app page, tap on the Install button.
- You may need to grant permissions requested by the app for the download to proceed.
- The download will start, and once it's finished, you can find the Microsoft Teams app in your app drawer.
