Our newly-established First Harvest Direct Call Center division created twenty-one new jobs in the South Jersey area. We are excited to have the call center division back among us, and it is energizing to have First Harvest employees service our members’ needs when they connect with us.

The development of the division is in response to First Harvest’s initiative of rebuilding a locally-based member service contact center as well as digital banking center to provide best-in-class member servicing to its membership base. First Harvest Direct will facilitate online account opening and deposit programs for new and existing members. First Harvest has welcomed all twenty-one new colleagues into this area during a short amount of time between November and December 2023. In addition to the new hires, existing staff members received promotions as supervisors and managers to help lead the charge in the division.
